Due to the nature of formal gowns and bridal wear, we maintain a strict return policy.

Returns

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos of the item

  3. Our team will review and offer a replacement if applicable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order gowns

  • Worn or altered items

  • Sale items
